Lovely friendly staff. A bit too busy from walkins, curls were done in a rush so fell out as soon as I left the salon. Bit of a shame.

I managed to get a last minute appointment but when i got there another customer getting into a argument with a staff member. It ruined the mood and I felt both awkward, ignored and subsequently rushed out. Manicure was okay but a little rough.

I like going to Tan they are a bit pricey but the service was good and the staff are pleasant and polite. I will definitely return and would recommend this shop as one of the better options in shepherds bush.
