Not impressed. I booked a treatment today to remove my gel extensions. I received a phone call which I missed due to work but no voice message and I received another call 45 mins before my appointment to ask if I can move my appointment to tomorrow with no explanation why. Have gone elsewhere now. Their work in general when it comes to nails is amazing through but this has put me off.
