Katerina was a very experienced beautician. She was quick and thorough and used a combination of cold wax and hot wax for the treatment. She was also chatty and pleasant.

Kathrin is really good in massage and listens to your needs in advance to know which areas to concentrate. Also she knows how to massage with right pressure not to make it too painful but still useful. Felt like a new person after the massage released the tension from shoulders.
