Really good value for money especially in London. Overall I was pleased with the experience. It would have been nice to have been offered a drink, I felt a bit rushed and we didn't get to discuss what I wanted for long enough, luckily I am happy with the end result. Would return again for the price but I would make sure I really explain what I want.

I booked spa pedicure and didn't receive it. She painted my toes and that was about it. Not good value for money. Won't be coming here again

The manicurist/pedicurist was really sweet, however the foot bath water was luke warm at the best and no jets or anything were turned on.. the paint job was alright--didn't quite meet the edges of the nails. The manicure was great, however I upgraded to a shellac manicure, and the receptionist informed me it would be an extra £20 on top of the £15 I had prebooked for the standard manicure which did not match the £10 extra quote from treatwell.co.uk. Overall you get what you pay for I guess. Not super clean, and an okay staff experience.
