It was more painful than I'm used to - she used strips for the brazilian when I'm sure I said hot wax and made it really painful by doing loads of small atempts instead of just pulling it out. a week later I have a lot of ingrowing hairs - I wouldn't recomend this place and I'm certainly not coming back for waxing
