Despite having had an appointment I had to wait almost 25 minutes which was a bit annoying. No water or coffee offered either. However once it was my turn, Daniela was extremely welcoming and gave me some great tips for my hair. Additionally she listened to what I wanted, and gave me a good trim to get rid of my damaged ends. I have to say though she was almost too generous and cut off way more than I wanted, but maybe that´s just how much she felt like was required. Overall it was ok though.

I was not very happy with the staff member I booked with at 10:10. She was nice as a person but very unprofessional, too much pushing, pulling, running around living me hanging in the middle, also, wearing headphones, not attentive or listening.
