Really nice atmosphere and the woman who did my nails was friendly and helpful. Plenty of colours to choose from too, love how my nails turned out!
Gel Nails Manicure
Firstly they were late for my appointment. So late that I'm pretty sure they double booked me or took a walk in right before my appointment. To try compensate, some person did my soak off who didn't know wtf they were doing. The foils were basically coming off. The lateness meant that now my nails for both my mani and pedi had been soaking for ages to the point that it actually felt like it was burning. By the time I was finally seen, the girl was so slow, unfriendly and unenthused. No drinks or anything were offered and on top of all of it, I still had to pay £10 for the soak off. Definitely not returning.

Great staff, always receive a professional service. Always busy in there which I think says a lot, but not too hard to book an appointment.
