The end result of the blowdry was great and lasted a couple of days well but the overall experience was not relaxing at all, I wasn't even offered a drink of water and my head / ears were burnt for most of the blowdry.

Sophie was very chatty, professional, experienced and quick. Which was great. Would go again. The salon is also a hairdressers, near to Shepherd Bush station so busy. My appointment was on time.

The therapist made a good job with my brows, but she was distracted all the time, the treatment room was not clean and she left the door open.
