I went to have for a Hollywood Waxing treatment and must say that it was done not very well. Unfortunately not all areas were cleaned as expected and I had to do some finishing by myself at home.

Fabiana did my manicure and she was perfect , however someone from the reception came to me more than once to make the point how my reservation through treatwell was wrong and was pointed out in a very rude way.
