I have long hair and asked for a straight trim - just to cut an inch off the ends and she ended up giving me layers and removing about 4 inches. It’s a good haircut, and the stylist is obviously talented at shaping hair, but it’s not really what I wanted or asked for. Next time I will be sure to make my instructions VERY clear as I think I might have been too laid back and distracted.
