I have never done pedicure before.... The water was never hot enough for the exfoliating product to dissolve in the water. The reception lady asked me if the water is cold... I said no as it wasn’t cold or warm, she never checked the temperature herself. The person that was gonna do the pedicure was 15 min late. So I had my feet in what for no point really. I then complained after and she then said I should have told them
... I said I’ve never done a pedicure before so it’s their Job to do the right thing.
Unprofessional and rude. She then told me to pay again... and didn’t d even check that I’ve already paid through Treatwell. Just bad.

Staff are lovely and very accommodating. I had made an afternoon appointment but had some free time in the morning so stopped in and asked if they could fit me in for a haircut then and there - they shuffled a few things around and I was able to get my haircut straight away. Really great cut too!
