The colourist and the Italian lady who did my colour and blow dry were very professional and did exactly what I was expecting. The colour and style are what I requested and cannot fault them of anything. The place needs modernisation and the towel used to dry my hair gave me a rush and big spots all over me neck and sides of my face. I never get rushes but there was something wrong with that towel. New towels and better washing powder needed?
