I arrived early for my appointment but it started ten minutes later than my appointment slot. When I told them I wanted to get nail extensions they acted like they didn’t want to do it the woman sighed and looked at the others and was visible hesitant. Then she kept sighing throughout the appointment. When I was drying my nails I was sat there for 15 minutes she didn’t tell me how long I should do it for then she disappeared so she could go home and I had to ask someone else.
