Was greeted immediately by a lovely lady at the desk, and even though I was quite early for my appointment, was taken straight through to the treatment room. Sophia was very friendly and attentive. I feel the treatment rooms could do with a freshen up, but it was otherwise clean and comfortable. Wild be nice to see baby wipes or something similar for clients to use prior to treatment. Two days after my service, I felt as though it wasn’t done as well as I would have liked. However I called the salon and they happily fitted me in to remedy this and were very lovely about it.

Rude staff.... wouldn’t even do my acrylic nails! So I had to have a shellac manicure instead! I wasn’t happy! Although the girl who done the nails was lovely! It’s the shop owners who are rude!
