Great Therapist.
A poor selection of waxing products, baby oil for post-wax is shameful in my books.
Ambience is always noisy and treatment room is uncomfortable.

My therapist was absolutely fabulous. She made an excellent conversation and even offered an additional add-on treatment. However the ambience of the salon has always let me down, I never feel comfortable maybe because it's a salon and not a spa - I don't know. Anyways a few hairs were left on my arms and I felt that there weren't enough products used, i.e. post wax lotion etc. My latter point is the main reason why i am extremely hesitant to book again as there selection of products are very poor. I mean using baby oil as a post wax treatment???
