Eyebrow threading needed a lot of direction, ended up plucking most - had to coach her through far more than I have ever needed to before. Nails was abit awkward, seemed nice but so quiet. Other stylists kept coming over standing really close to me and chatting to her. I didn’t have to wait at all for either treatment which was nice

Terrible experience. Rude Service. Rude Manager. Extra charges added on 45 minutes into a wash and blowout, even after I had to wait for my appointment past the booked time. The manager had lots of time to tell me about additional charges but waited to the whole process was basically done. No communication
