A very relaxing therapy with an extremely professional and friendly therapist . A lovely person and so easy to chat to . It was obvious that Frith puts the client first and genuinely wants to give the best treatment to her client .

It’s been a long time since my last visit to Frith as I’ve been out of the area. I was pleased to see that Frith was still available so booked a Swedish massage at short notice. Thanks Frith, firstly fitting me in at short notice but especially for highlighting to me the potential impact of posture and gait. I felt fantastic at the end and will definitely visit again before I leave the area again.
