I'll gladly use her again and again.
Frith makes you feel at ease right away, I have lots of aches and pains from the physical work I do and mentioned how I would really like a deep massage to help relieve tension. The massage was perfect, and seemed to know exactly what areas needed attention, Frith worked her magic I was left feeling hugely relaxed and my back was knot free which was amazing. I 100% recommend
Frith really took care of me before, during and after my chakra massage. I felt safe, nurtured and she really took the time to understand what was going on for me. After the treatment I experienced huge release, slept like a baby and woke up the next day feeling energised and positive.
