You mentioned about the old appointments a few months ago, which you said you did increase the price because extra work you had to do, which I accepted, and plus I still gave you a tip even though you did increase the price. I don’t appreciate you saying that I didn’t tell you what I wanted this time. I mentioned all services that I wanted and nothing was changed on the day of my appointment which was a few days ago. You told me a price and after you finished my hair, you increased the price.

Tamara changes the prices when I arrive at the salon.
We agree a price, and then she tends to increase it by a substantial amount, after she has done my hair. She is not trustworthy and doesn’t make me, as a customer feel comfortable. She’s just interested in over pricing me. Tamara is not interested in longevity within her customers. As a business person I except her to rectify any issues and give great customers services.
I will surely not be retuning, and will go where I’m welcomed.
