I've been to this salon 3 times now and used the same hairdresser and this time my cut (a trim of the previous style of which I showed a photo) was totally different. The 10am appointment got changed to 1045am and was rushed and I said I wasn't happy (the layers at the front aren't blended I have half a Bob and half long hair) and said it was nothing alike the photo (a photo I took outside their salon last time they cut it) I didn't want them to cut more as was so scared they'd make it worse.

Don’t recommend this place to anyone it’s very noisy. During my waxing beauticians for coming in and going out also the door was not closing properly and one of the beautician go forgot to turn on the wax machine. So waiting was a long. For facial I choose dermatology is facial but they don’t have one which I chose as well. But I got charged full. room should be quiet and relaxing but it was opposite there were three bed in one room and all the beautician were talking.

Total lack of organisation.2 people washed my hair,still lots of confusion,customers kept coming without booking and fitting everyone in although a lot of us are booked in advance.most of them are trainees.

Tahmina was great shewas quick it was comfortable she got every hair. didn't see much of the salon cos I was near the front entrance and didn't go into any rooms so can't comment on cleanlinessI was only in there for 5 minutes.
