I think they jack up the prices for bookings through Treatwell - I walked in and saw on their regular price list that Hollywood Wax was £30, which was the ‘heavily discounted’ rate I’d paid on treatwell. (so, beware: know that you’re not actually getting a discount, and certainly don’t ever pay the ‘full price’ on treatwell.) The wax result is great, good job. But the staff member was very stony and unresponsive at first though which I found very uncomfortable (I love having a chat to keep my mind of things) - would be good if they could work on some small talk and general friendliness.
