the staff are very friendly and try their hardest. though I turned up at 10 for my appt and no one was there, I was the first one to the shop. so I had a wait a while before someone came, and then untill the room was ready. the massage was good though the room which it took place it needs some TLC. also the bathroom is quite scary. though as a very kind gesture they did offer to change my nail colour and re do my nails free of charge as an apology. I was very greatfull though disappointed in the whole ambiance of it all
