This new salon is bright, clean and attractive, as well as being very conveniently located. Nam and his colleague did an excellent job and are lovely.

I am not one to ever leave a bad review on Treatwell, but I have to give a totally honest review of my wax at this salon. Unfortunately, it was the worst wax I have ever had and I’ve been having waxes for 10 years! The lady was fairly nice and the salon was acceptable taking into account the price, but the wax itself was terrible. Not only did it hurt more than usual, but the therapist was so rough with the wax that she actually made me bleed... that has never happened before and I hope it won’t happen again. I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel that the therapists need to be re-trained to prevent this happening to anyone else!

Once again a very consistent service. Polite, informative, not rushed but efficient. Helped with colour choices and didn’t mind when I changed my mind more than once.
