I had an amazing experience at Taj Hair studio. I showed Alex the reference picture and look I was going for and he recreated it perfectly while catering it to my hair length/density. I’m obsessed with how my hair turned out!! Can’t wait to go back

It was my 1st experience at Tajhair Salon & I had very high expectations due to being recommended to go there.
I arrived 10mins before my appointment & was kept waiting for 40mins.
My hair was not even looked at all and was just washed.
There was no apology to have been kept waiting. I had a cut blow dry. I kept asking & prompting about what sort of colour would suit me but there was no engagement.
I didn’t feel valued as a paying customer & felt that my hair was not good enough for that salon.
