Asked a trim since my hair was all the same length reaching my waist, asked to cut only 1 inch but she cut locks in different lengths from 4 up to 8 inches, not a layered haircut since some shorter locks are under some on a side, some on the other side, hair in front is longer that on the back … a real mess which will take me at least one year to fix at the same length, she didn’t detangle the hair thorougly I realized the damage only when hair got completely dry Hours later

The best haircut colour and blow dry I’ve had in a long time 😍 Alex knew exactly what I was after, my hair looks and feels amazing! They treat you like a princess, even got a tray of snacks whilst I had my colour done.
Would highly recommend especially for anyone looking for a brunette refresh or balayage, layers are amazing!
Can’t see myself going anywhere else! 😆
