What an absolute delight! As soon as I walked in out of the cold I was offered a hot drink and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Lachlan was incredibly friendly and we had a really helpful chat about my hair before he started washing it. I had a really wonderful experience with him and was very well looked after. I can't wait to come back.
