happy with my haircut, Alex was very nice and offered me tea and coffee but still served me a drink of water and biscuits after I declined. Friendly atmosphere. Got 1st time discount. good experience all round.

Alex is simply the best hairdresser I've had the considerable pain of trying to find, having tried dozens over my life. He is the only hairdresser I've ever felt comfortable enough to say "just do what you think best". I live abroad these days, and I'm arranging trips to the UK every few months, so I can continue to get my hair cut by Alex.

Tahir really gets it what the customer wants, he is genius in Balyage! On top of knowing his craft so well he makes the guests so comfortable, they even got me a lunch and offered me space in the studio to do my work calls ;D I'm not going anywhere else as I just love the shade which I've been wanting for years! Thanks so much
