Through no fault of anyone my appt went far from smoothly. Yet, I walked away loving my new hair. Louise especially worked so hard on my hair (doing copper balayage) and it’s beautiful. The team offered a discount as a new customer and for the mix up. Will definitely return for my touch up here again. What a lovely team. + I have terrible anxiety and I’m quite quiet and they made me feel super comfortable and welcome. Thank you Louise and co! I’ve already had so many compliments on my hair! 💯
