I am absolutely delighted with my hair colour and cut that I received from Tarik! I was nervous before my appointment as I was not sure whether the fantastic transformations I had seen on Instagram would be as good in reality but actually it was even better! Tarik is exceptionally talented, has a brilliant eye for detail and really tailors his treatments to the needs of the client paying attention to their skin colour and hair condition. I will be returning to the salon in the future!

AMAZING! I arrived a week early (got the dates wrong) but Tarik was so caring and professional and was able to fit me. He did an excellent job understanding what I wanted and what I was comfortable with. Then explained every thing to me - he is very knowledgeable and you can tell he absolutely loves what he does. Thank you for sorting my postpartum hair out and making me feel great again.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid £170 for a hair colour I didn’t ask for, jet black instead of my natural shade & was told to just wash it out because it was semi-permanent. Then I was told I’d need to pay again to fix it, despite the mistake not being mine. Tarik was distracted during the appointment & didn’t pay proper attention while cutting my hair. I messaged afterwards to raise my concerns and overlooked even though they were active online. Its frustrating & disappointing.

About

Julia was born and raised in London. From a young age she has always been interested in hair and how styling it could change the way she felt. Aveda blow-dry trained. Currently training for her level 2 Hair professional qualification. And aspires to continue her training with barbering to become an all rounder stylist. In April 2023 She joined the Taj Hair Studio family. She’s looking forward to continue growing her passion and knowledge for hair and curls to become a curl specialist.

Alex was born and grew up in Lebanon. In the 90s he made his journey to the UK to make it his new home. Now after three decades behind the chair, he brings his experience to share it with us at TAJ Hair Studio. Alex is known for his spectacular haircut techniques including styling and blow-drying all hair types.
