I had 3 different technicians work on my nails - first the receptionist as my actual technician was with another client then my technician had to leave before she finished as her next client was waiting. The have overbooked their schedule - meaning it felt rushed and disorganised
Cuticle work wasn't great and now 3 days on the shellac is coming away at the edges. Not as neat as last time I went.

I booked and received a massage not an aromatherapy massage so I don't know why treatwell thinks that. my review is for a massage. Even though only half an hour it felt longer. maybe because I'm full of knots. it was good!
