the first impression when walking into this spa is that it's a very well taken care of and lovely space. The session started with a stop at a foot wash basin which I thought was a nice touch. Then I went into a nice room and another person came in for the massage. I don't think this person had much experience and the massage overall was average and nothing special. I've had some amazing Thai combination massages in London and this wasn't even close. Also my massage was short by ten minutes which I find really annoying

The place is little bit rough around the edges, but the Kim who did my waxing was very professional and nice, did the job really quickly and it wasn't so painful comparing to others I had.
