My nails were cut and filed much shorter than I would have liked. The gel on my nails didn't last much longer than a week. The pedicure was better but didn't make up for the poor manicure. I had wanted my toenails and nails to match but they didn't tell me there wasn't enough of the colour I chose for both. My pedicure was done first so I had to pick a different colour for the nails, I would have had it the other way round had I known.

I am a returning customer and generally pleased with the pedicure and manicure in terms of results and fairly fast work which is great. The actual treatment, especially pedicure was less fun and relaxing then what I would like, could use some pampering, maybe a massage chair and a bit of a longer massage as part of the treatment.
