i love comming to get my nails done and im sorry for this review. the station was not clean when i sat down, the lady was sick she quite clearly did not want to be there. The vibe was negative from the start. taking a phone call while doing my nails, kept getting up to blow her nose. my manicure was not done cuticles and around the nail not tidy or clipped, not asked if i wanted the nails shorter, the filing of my nails were not right and rolled her eyes when i said just please give me the file, the shellac was just slapped on gaps at the top not neat at all. i felt like i was a inconvenience being there as when the lady behind me ask for one nail to be done under her breath she said these customers are trying to kill me. then i was done and off she went to do her 7:30 wax customer. I came home upset and just spent £18 for a half hearted job! i complained in the shop and again when i got home for the simple reason i had to remove the shellac at home because it looked terrible. im really sorry but i dont think i can come back to your store again with such a negative energy for wanting my nails to look the way i want them to and having a manicure done propley, the last several visits every one has been so lovely and done such a good job shame this had to happen.
