As I came in I had to wait for 20min but I didn't mind that. The waxing was done so quickly that it felt as though they wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I had wax left on my top in the end. Also as I had plans straight after, I had to cancel that because I had bits of wax left on my legs which kept on getting stuck to my skirt and to remove that I had to scrub my legs for 15min. Also not all of my hair was removed. The lady who did my waxing seemed irritated and upset, she was talking a lot about her life which made me feel a little uncomfortable but maybe that's just me. Overall I would recommend this if you need your waxing to be done quickly but it's definitely not as professional as many other places.

I got french maniqure done there (paid 25£), and it was the worst ever. Shaped the nails unevenly, did the white ends unevenly, on some nails the white spilled into the clear part, on some nails the lacquer got bubbly... Ended up trying to fix the shape at home and feeling like taking it off asap. Waste of money and will never go again.
PS. I left it on, but one week later it started peeling off... Disaster!
