The waxing was good, except some hair wasn't removed on my leg that I'd noticed at home. Also I've booked the appointment at 10, my therapist came on time, but the lady with a key arrived at 10:20. Obviously, the wax wasn't ready. Therefore half an hour late to work.
The therapist apologized and try to make her best. But the management should value customer's time and make sure the venue opens on time.
