I feel bad leaving a negative review as the staff were lovely here, and the treatment felt good at the time - if slightly painful. However ever since the treatment I've had severe neck pain which has caused me a couple of sleep deprived nights. Even now, 5 days on, I can't move my neck normally. Not what I would expect from a massage.
