First of all the place is not very clean, especially customer toilets were disgusting. I had Hollywood wax which was rushed and not very neat, lots of lighter hair left. I also had shellac mani&pedi, which had air bubbles and started to chip 3 days after. Overall very mediocre experience

I went for 30 minutes long deep tissue massage focused on back and shoulders. I asked for a firm massage and the massage therapist did a great job. I felt a bit bruised afterwards but it felt great.
