Not sure why waxing therapists in London have this habit, but they tend to be very tight on where they apply the wax. If you go for a full leg wax, they don't do the top of your legs (close to your bikini line). If you go for a Hollywood wax, they don't do that area either. So you end up with a patch of hair (front and back) between just under the bikini line and the beginning of your thighs. Why? It's a strip of hair. It doesn't cost anything to wax it off. You should strive to leave the area hairless and clean, that's what we're paying for. This isn't a reflection of this particular salon only (although I did have to ask the waxing therapist to wax off the remaining hair and she still didn't leave me completely hairless). This happens a lot in London, so this a plea to all salons out there to step up their waxing game.
