I visit this salon a lot, but was disappointed on this occasion to see some of the staff (who I have not seen before) being rude about a customer once she left. It was unacceptable for another customer to hear the staff laughing at the customer and it made me wonder what they would say about me when I left!

It is a great value for shellac manicure and the venue is nice and clean. However, that does come with a bit of a compromise on experience as removal and re-application took over 1.5h.
