It's all quite chaotic and they'd run out of some colours, but the staff are all really friendly and chatty so it creates a nice atmosphere.

Really poor experience. They cut my thumb with the cuticle nippers and blamed me?!

I bought this treatment as a present for my sister as she was going through a bad patch and needed a treat. I chose Ying Thai as they specialised in massages and the rooms looked relaxing. I didn't just want a clinical beautician's room. My sister said it was lovely, and that the masseuse washed her feet! She said the treatment included a mix of stretching and massage, and that the masseuse even climbed on the table at one point. It was v relaxing apparently - job done :)

I had the spa manicure and pedicure and would recommend it to anyone and have awarded it 5 stars.
