Lots of confusion over treatment style as they have changed the treatments on offer. Need to update treatments on Treatwell and make it clear.

Great service as usual. My wax was quick and done very well. Pedicure was good, but I’ve noticed Ying Thai have increased their prices recently under new management which is a shame. Also it looks to be more crowded in the salon.

Fantastic Thai massage with a fantastic therapist. What could make it even better is reducing the noise from other therapists in the kitchen and therapists cutting their nails short so they don’t dig into the skin during massage. Also toilet seat needs fixing and there’s no wash basin.
