I got a no polish spa pedicure with Bella and it was lovely! The massage chair was absolutely heavenly and it smelled sooo lovely in there. Since I had really dry feet and didn't want polish, she recommended I do a paraffin treatment and I gladly agreed. It left my feet soo lovely! Literally my only issue was that the cleanliness wasn't as immaculate as I would have hoped - I saw several staff drop tools and simply put them back on the table/use them again without proper sanitization. Also, I am not sure how they sanitize the paraffin wax because I literally just dipped my feel into the vat and she put it back so I really hope they don't use that on everyone because that would be extremely unhygienic, but so far I haven't had any issues with my feet and it was a nice experience so I will be back :)

Great place - really nice staff and was happy with the result.
A week later 1 nail did fall off, and one had chipped, but I think this was me rather than the quality of the treatment!

Nothing like how it used to be! They changed management and they have made some bad choices! Completely ruined the decor and ambience of the place, had such a calming/relaxed vibe. Now its like a typical nail shop. There was a lady who seemed to work at the salon walking up and down taking loudly. I like this place so much I even recommended my friend to come (which I never do). The waxing prices shot up about 50% more which is so unfair to old loyal customers! All the best staff is gone! Complete shock! This used to be my go to place for nails and waxing and now I have look elsewhere!
