When we arrived to the salon there was a mix up with the booking times. My friend was able to get her treatment done right away. I had to wait an hour to have mine done. The manicure and pedicure were decent but nothing special. Staff frequently swapped customers at various points of the treatment so it was not very consistent. I was also surprised by the lack of professionalism by the other employees who frequently were interrupting our treatments and conversations as well as being quite loud during what is supposed to be a relaxing treatment.

I was very happy with my therapist. I’ve been to her before, and am always pleased with the service I receive. However, I felt the room could be less cleaner and prepared.
