DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE: I am not usually one to complain, but this was truly a horrendous experience. I'm no stranger to shellac, having had at least 50+ treatments. Usually I am able to keep a shellac job for 14- 25 days. This crap chipped off in less than 5 hours and the application was actually thicker on some parts of my nails than others.
I phoned to ask them why this had happened, and was told by a receptionist that it was just a bad batch of polish (which was strange, but not impossible I assumed) and that if I were to return the problem could be fixed.
Upon returning I was told that the receptionist had no idea what they were on about, and there was literally nothing wrong with my nails. they would fix the two chipped ones and that would be that. I said that if it was not the polish, it must be the application and didn't want them to redo it just to have even more chipped, uneven nails. The woman got incredibly defensive and just left to go downstairs, where she remained for at least ten minutes, I don't know how long she was there because I left.
Oh and just as a general comment, when you walk into a salon where there are no customers, and all the women working there are sat doing their own nails, and nobody greets you, It's just wholly unprofessional.
