The staff were friendly, but the gel pedicure was very amateur. In fact, two hours after my appointment my pedicure chipped from my cuticle, which means it wasn’t my fault for kicking anything. I told the lady that she was painting on my skin, to which she said “no, that’s your nail.” Clearly she painted on my cuticles, which is why it has already chipped. Additionally, when I asked for a color, they told me they couldn’t find it and asked me to just pick a “simpler one” and come back next time. Why would I come back again after this experience? They also charged extra for gel nail removal, which is fine if they told me ahead of time — they told me when they were half way done with it.
