If only it wasn’t for the sounds of outside (back door open) and upstairs of the salon, it would’ve been a really relaxing massage. The massage itself was amazing.

This place usually does a good job, but left feeling annoyed and like I don’t want to come again - the stylist who did my Brazilian was super sweet and friendly, but I got the sense she didn’t have much experience giving waxes - it was messier than usual, she definitely missed spots and although at the end I asked her to go over it I still left with hair in places. Moreover I had to wait 10 minutes which when I’m on my lunch hour is a lot of time! Frustrating

The entire treatment was rushed and poor quality. The lady that did my treatment kept trying to upsell the treatment I had booked throughout which was extremely annoying as I had booked what I knew I wanted.

Lash Perm & Tint was great except half of one eyelash wasn’t curled. The therapist pointed this out straight away and asked if I wanted it done again but didn’t seem keen to actually do it and was awkwardly avoiding it. I didn’t want to be a nuisance so just accepted it.
