The entire treatment was rushed and poor quality. The lady that did my treatment kept trying to upsell the treatment I had booked throughout which was extremely annoying as I had booked what I knew I wanted.

Lash Perm & Tint was great except half of one eyelash wasn’t curled. The therapist pointed this out straight away and asked if I wanted it done again but didn’t seem keen to actually do it and was awkwardly avoiding it. I didn’t want to be a nuisance so just accepted it.

Absolutely perfect - got to King’s Cross 3 hours early for my train and with everything tight from a week’s hard training. Went for a Swedish massage here and it couldn’t have been better - all the staff are very friendly, the place is spotless and soothing and my masseuse knew exactly what she was doing! Now, I’m relaxed and ready for the last leg of my journey :-)
