5/5 for gel nails mani - Beautiful and professional mani every time. Staff lovely as always.
2/5 for massage - cover masseuse in today who was lovely but the massage just wasn’t up to standard. Quite erratic and didn’t feel that relaxing. The room was also too Cold. A shame as reviews for regular staff are amazing, I guess I just got unlucky with the day.

Absolutely awful experience.
Pedicure - not only could not complete 3/4 of the treatment - it ended up being a cuticle hack - litterally cut my foot, took the nails down to the bed. I should have also had a scrub and massage...no time for paint as a whole hour was spent filing my nails?!
Brazilian wax - I was burnt so now peeling and they double dip...
Steer clear.
