I’m a regular at this salon, but really disappointed in my last visit. Staff was short handed but still tried to squeeze in as many customers as possible. The lady who was assigned to me (mani & pedi) left halfway through to work on other customers - despite the fact that I was already booked in. I even had the receptionist help take off my gel manicure in her absence. Not professional and felt like an insult to the value of my time.

The nail service was great ! She was careful with my nails as they needed some tlc.
The massage was very disappointing. I’ve asked her to focus on my thighs and she focused everywhere but.
