Gel manicure chipped after a couple of days and could do with another layer. However, love this place. Everyone’s really kind and helpful and it’s clean. They put the heating near your treatment so you don’t get cold!

The staff were pleasant enough when I arrived. However, once in the treatment room it was a race as to how quickly they could get me out again. The staff member who performed the waxing told me that the ‘girls’ hadn’t turned on the hot wax so she was going to use strips on one or two areas whilst it heated. She continued to do the entire wax with strips whilst repeatedly telling me “I haven’t done a strip wax in 6 years!” I felt very uncomfortable and felt I should have been given the option to wait or re-book if the product I had booked to receive was unavailable. The area was very red and sore for a while afterwards which isn’t normally the case (I wax every 6-8 weeks). A frustrating and fairly upsetting experience overall.
